How much money do you need to be financially secure

This may or may not surprise you.

Most people think there's a number that will finally make them feel financially secure. If I could just make $100K… $250K… $1M… then everything would fall into place.

Here's the harsh reality. There is no number.

The clients I work with make anywhere from $75,000 to over $1,000,000 a year, and they all come to me with the same problem. They don't know where their money is going, and at the end of the month, they have nothing to show for it.

Most people believe they just need to make more money and their financial problems will be solved. But that's not what actually happens. As income increases, so do expenses. The same patterns follow you, just at a bigger level. You're making more, but still feeling stuck.

So if more money isn't the answer, what is?

A budget.

Not the restrictive version you're imagining, but a clear, honest snapshot of your life. A budget shows you exactly where your money is going and whether your spending is aligned with what you actually want. It turns your money into something you can see, understand, and direct.

This is where everything starts to shift. When you can see your numbers clearly, you can make intentional decisions. You can adjust, course correct, and start building momentum. You finally begin to have something to show for the money you're working so hard to earn.

Most people struggle to do this on their own, which is why it feels so frustrating. When I work with clients, we build their budget together in about 30 minutes. Then we spend the next few weeks reviewing their spending, making adjustments, and aligning their money with their real life.

There's no magic number that will save you.

But there is a skill that will.

Stop waiting for more money to fix things. Start becoming powerful with the money you already have.
